Responsibilities of the Control Systems Engineer
* Develop and program control systems for specialised machinery.
* Conduct design studies, reviews, and prepare specifications for unique applications.
* Complete Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation.
* Support engineering queries and resolve manufacturing quality issues.
* Perform installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites worldwide.
* Travel internationally approximately 4‑5 times per year for project support and site visits.
Requirements of the Control Systems Engineer
* Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens S7, Rockwell ControlLogix).
* Knowledge of motion control and servo drive applications.
* Experience with safety PLC design and implementation.
* Familiarity with languages such as Python, C, or JavaScript is advantageous.
* Experience working with vision systems and FAT protocol commissioning.
