The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support the learning and development of students aged, including those with additional educational needs. Your role will involve:
* Supporting students in and out of the classroom to access the curriculum
* Delivering targeted interventions under the guidance of teaching staff
* Assisting with lesson preparation and differentiated resources
* Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing learning environment
* Contributing to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities
What We're Looking For
* A qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with relevant experience in a school setting
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting teaching and learning
* A genuine passion for working with secondary-aged students
