About the role:
This role is focussed on supporting users during and after their transition from legacy systems to the Arcus system, hosted in a Salesforce environment..
About you:
The ability to learn and adapt quickly
To be motivated to seek information or training using your own initiative
To be able to manage a complex job load across different service areas
To have effective communication skills, particularly with non-technical users
What you will do:
Provide 1st line support for Arcus
Support the configuration of the system before go-live and then being a part of the continual service improvement of the product
Build and maintain close working relationships with the service areas that use Arcus
Provide support for or carry out configuration of: Workflows, reporting, templates, user security, system configuration
Provide support for the project with regards to communication, administration or configuration
