You'll work closely with local clients, becoming their go‑to recruitment partner while growing your market through proactive outbound business development. This role is office‑based in Reading and involves regular client visits across the local patch, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. What you'll be doing Developing new and existing client relationships across Reading and surrounding areas Meeting clients on‑site to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions Sourcing, engaging and managing candidates through advertising, networking and referrals Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement and aftercare Working towards clear KPIs while building a sustainable, profitable desk What you'll bring At least 12 months' experience in agency recruitment or B2B sales Confidence building relationships and winning new business A proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
