Reports To: IT Infrastructure Manager / Head of IT
We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer with a strong Azure background and solid on-premises infrastructure experience. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on expertise across Microsoft technologies, cloud integration, and enterprise systems. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing our hybrid infrastructure stack, supporting business-critical systems, and helping to deliver technology transformation projects.
Implement, manage, and optimise Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Maintain and support Microsoft Dataverse, Logic Apps, and D365 Business Central integrations
Provide advanced support across Active Directory, M365, Exchange, and Windows Server environments
Manage hybrid infrastructure including VMware, SANs (iSCSI), and networking hardware (firewalls, routers)
Administer RDS, SCCM, Intune, and support endpoint management
Support SQL Server environments and ensure database reliability and performance
Troubleshoot Microsoft OS and infrastructure-related issues
Collaborate with IT Security, DevOps, and Application teams to ensure system integrity and compliance
Document processes, configurations, and technical designs (including LLDs)
Solid Azure experience (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Governance)
Deep understanding of Microsoft Active Directory architecture and GPOs
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central exposure
Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Exchange (on-prem and hybrid)
Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Compliance & Security Centre)
Remote Desktop Services and SCCM/Intune management
Microsoft SQL Server configuration and maintenance
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect
