Role Overview
The Deputy Manager supports the Boutique / Concession Manager and serves as the senior management team member on shift, driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Support the Boutique / Concession Manager and act as the go‑to senior management member on shift.
* Drive sales and exceed targets through exceptional customer service and building a client business.
* Manage and coach the team to deliver sales objectives and KPIs.
* Maximise store efficiency through operations management.
* Deliver sales budget by driving store and team KPIs.
* Provide a consistent and exceptional customer service standard as a brand ambassador.
* Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
* Network to create key relationships with corporate and local clients and support HQ revenue‑driving events.
* Motivate the team to reach sales objectives, support coaching and training.
* Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures.
* Drive completion of approved brand and product training programs.
* Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard.
* Ensure in‑store experience and boutique cleanliness meet guidelines and brand standards.
* Maintain an accurate stock file.
* Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling.
* Ensure the appropriate processing of in‑store services (engraving, aftercare).

Travel Requirements
Travel to other Boutiques and Concessions may be required.
