About the Role
As a supply Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a variety of settings across Lambeth. Opportunities are available on both a daily supply basis and for long-term placements, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
* Support children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
* Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
* Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
* Work collaboratively with teachers, nursery staff, and parents
Requirements
* Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above preferred)
* Experience working within EYFS settings
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
* A positive, flexible, and proactive approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
