Receptionist

Artemis Human Capital are working in partnership with a leading professional services firm in their search for a receptionist. As the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-of-house environment. This position also involves supporting the administrative operations of the firm.
Key responsibilities:
* Greet and assist clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
* Answer incoming telephone calls, transfer calls and take accurate messages
* Manage solicitors’ diaries and schedule appointments
* Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and meeting rooms
* Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries
* Carry out general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
* Monitor and order office supplies, and liaise with external service providers when necessary
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in reception/administration
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
* Professional and personable approach
Additional details:
* Full-time role – Monday to Friday
* Office-based position in city centre offices
