You will assist the Membership Engagement Manager and Business Development Systems team in their day-to-day activities, helping to capture and track enquiries, manage data, and support reporting processes.\n\nYou will play a key role in maintaining databases, researching company information, and supporting the transition to new systems such as Microsoft 365. The role also involves working with colleagues across NMIS, contributing to business development activity, and supporting the organisation of meetings and events. Over time, you will take on increasing responsibility for data management, reporting, and system processes while working towards a recognised qualification. You will develop strong practical skills in business support and data management, including capturing and tracking enquiries, maintaining accurate databases, and producing reports that support decision-making. Youâll gain experience researching company information, working with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS), and using Microsoft Office tools confidently in a professional environment.
