FT Recruitment is supporting a long-standing and exclusive client with the recruitment of a SharePoint Administrator on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, although there is a chance of extension. This role will work closely with the IT Manager and will be responsible for: Administer and maintain Microsoft SharePoint environments, including site collections, lists, libraries, and backend configurations. Implement backend changes such as updates, content types, data structures, and site settings. Design and build automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to support business processes and approvals. Create and manage data structures (lists/entities) to support organisational data management and reporting. Develop and customise forms using native SharePoint functionality or Microsoft Power Apps. Configure and manage permissions, roles, and access groups while maintaining security best practices. Ensure governance, compliance, and auditing of data and user access, integrating with Microsoft Entra ID where required. Provide troubleshooting, documentation, and support for SharePoint sites, workflows, forms, and integrations within Microsoft 365.
