PERMANENT CONTRACT
Location: Sherburn in Elmet
Salary
* £34,000 per annum - AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00)
* £36,000 per annum - PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00) OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO SITE LOCATION

We are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities As Warehouse Supervisor
* Lead and supervise a team to achieve daily operational targets.
* Coordinate and oversee picking, packing, goods-in, and dispatch activities.
* Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and address issues as they arise.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and health & safety procedures.
* Support operational planning to meet customer demand and service levels.
* Liaise with managers and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements As Warehouse Supervisor
* Proven experience in a warehouse supervisor, team leader, or similar role.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Good understanding of warehouse operations and health & safety standards.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Flexible to work a 5 out of 6 shift pattern (Sunday always off; every other Saturday required).
* Own transport essential due to site location and limited public transport options.
