About this job
* Timperley Gain experience working within an online pharmacy environment
* Learn about over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and their safe use
* Assist in the processing and dispensing of prescription medicines for home delivery
* Order and manage pharmaceutical stock, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Support customers with OTC medication queries via phone, email, and online systems
* Assist with minor ailment advice and signposting under pharmacist supervision
* This role is based in an online pharmacy setting and does not involve face-to-face customer interaction
Training to be Provided Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 (GCSE) and Functional Skills if required.
