We’re looking for a big picture thinker who can roll their sleeves up too to come and join our Logistics team. As Senior Programme Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of high impact projects that improve how goods move from our distribution centres to our stores, ultimately helping customers get the food they love, when they need it.
This is a senior leadership role within our Productivity & Programmes team, shaping the future of our logistics network and driving transformation at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning the delivery of key strategic programmes
* Leading a team of project and implementation managers to execute change across multiple sites and regions
* Building robust programme plans, using Gantt charts and governance frameworks to ensure visibility and control
* Collaborating with senior stakeholders across logistics, retail, technology, and beyond
* Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus across the logistics network
About you
We’re looking for someone with significant experience delivering complex programmes in a logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environment. This is a brilliant opportunity to lead meaningful change in a business that’s vertically integrated, people focused and innovative. You will also have:
* Advanced project/programme management skills, including Gantt chart planning, reporting, and stakeholder comms
* Strong leadership qualities, able to set direction, motivate teams, and influence at all levels
* A solid understanding of automation technologies and how to implement them in fast paced operations
* A clear focus on the customer and the role logistics plays in delivering a great retail experience
