This role offers 40 hours and requires you to be fully flexible, including weekends on a rota basis.
What you will do
* Lead and drive teamto achieving sales and profit targets.
* Work closely with Area Manager ensuring the store is running smoothly
* Build relationships with volunteers to ensure they are engaged and involved in Keech events
* Attend managers meetingsin Keech Head Office
* Handling till readings, balancing and banking
* Hands on approach, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction is maintained by all staff.
* Implement and maintain systems in line with Keech Hospice policies and procedures.
What you need to do it
* Strong management/leadership experience are essential
* Previous experiencein similar retail role or an interest in working within the charity sector.
* Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, confidently being ableto support a diverse team
