Purpose Summary
You will be making outbound calls to construction professionals, Architects, Engineers, Design Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and Project Managers with the aim of increasing our client’s specification/enquiry/quotation rates.
Working with a portfolio of high-profile building material providers/manufacturers, targeting residential and commercial projects ranging from £1m to £500m.
The key areas of responsibilities for an Account Manager include:
* Making outbound calls
* Generating an opportunity for our clients to submit a specification/quotation on a live project.
* Generate CPD presentations for our clients.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong telephone manner
* Results driven with a ‘can do’ attitude
* Persistent and results-oriented
* Good attention to detail/accuracy
* Computer Literate
Desirable
* Good investigative skills and ability to resolve problems.
* Previous telemarketing or lead generation experience
* Knowledge of the construction process

Principal Responsibilities
* Outbound calls to construction professionals, to promote the key features and benefits of our Clients products.
* Ensure our CRM database is updated and managed efficiently
* Gather decision makers information and verify project details
* Send Introductory emails and case studies.
* Record daily results and KPI’s
* Overcome objections
* Process appointments/enquiries/CPDs.
