First Line Manager – Newark Distribution Centre
Location: Newark Distribution Centre – Long Hollow Way, Newark, Notts, NG25 2NH.
Type: Permanent, Full Time.
Hours: 39 per week, covering early (5:00 am – 2:30 pm) and late (12:30 pm – 10:00 pm) shifts, 5 days a week with weekend work as required.
Starting salary: £37,879 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the running of the site, staffing and other resources.
* Motivate delivery drivers, warehouse teams and support colleagues to meet performance targets.
* Provide regular, constructive performance feedback.
* Influence operational decisions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
* Some experience or exposure to people management.
* Track record of contributing to operational success.
* Confidence in developing and supporting a team to deliver for customers.
