Teaching Assistant
The successful candidate should be willing to provide a positive learning environment, for all children to maximise their full learning potential. The school you will be working within has an excellent provision for pupils ages 3-19 with additional learning needs including severe learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorders and multiple learning difficulties. It will be essential to find innovative ways to make learning fun, engaging as well as challenging to see the children succeed. This particular role is to work within a proactive and busy classroom with Key stage 3 children.
It is essential to value all individuals and celebrate diversity, respect the children regardless of ability and strive to provide a rich learning environment where everyone’s achievements can be celebrated, and individual progress is recognised.
What will we do for you?
£12.90phr / £83.85 per day
Monday – Friday (no weekends!)
8.30am-3.30pm
Pentre / RCT based
