Contract Length: 6 months
We arelooking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage operational activities at our regional Hub and surrounding spokes. The role is central to maintaining service levels, managing hardware workflows, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
* Ticket Management: Oversee and update support tickets assigned to the Hub, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with contracted service levels
* Asset & Stock Control: Manage incoming and outgoing hardware through accurate scanning and asset tracking procedures
* Disposal Coordination: Handle hardware disposals efficiently and in accordance with contract terms
* Hardware Repairs: Triage and repair in-warranty equipment, working with vendors for parts, returns, and warranty compliance
* Locker Maintenance: Replenish hardware lockers as needed to support field engineers and local operations
* Service Monitoring: Identify potential service risks or opportunities for improvement and escalate to the Team Leader
* Compliance: Adhere to agreed procedures from both Computacenter and any site-specific Authority regulations
