As a vital part of the kitchen team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes that captivate our guests. Whether you are an experienced a Sous Chef ready to step up, and Chef De Partie or a budding Commis Chef eager to learn, we have a place for you. Working Hours

5 days a week with 2 days off

Overtime offered

Key Duties

Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the speciality section Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes

Ensuring the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards Managing and training any Commis Chefs working with you

Overseeing kitchen operations, including stock control and inventory Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within a reputable establishment Strong culinary skills and a passion for food

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Excellent leadership and communication skills for Sous Chef roles

Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications

Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
