£13-£15 per hour, paid weekly

As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will be supporting primary aged learners with their academic development, as well as their social, emotional and physical development. Randstad are supporting a local school in Watford that are currently recruiting for 2 roles to start after Easter as a Primary TA. Your Teaching Assistant responsibilities & requirements:
1. Work with children in small groups to support their learning
2. Where necessary, work 1:1 with children to complete interventions and targeted activities
3. Be a positive role model for students and staff
4. Collaborate with other members of staff, including specialists
5. Asist the class teacher with preparing resources and setting up activities
6. Have at least a grade C (or equivalent qualification) in English and Maths
7. Have an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
