The Team: You'll be joining the YLA Clinical Negligence Team of the Year - a 16-strong team of high-calibre professionals who provide excellent training and supervision. This is a supportive, collaborative environment where your voice will be heard and professional development is actively encouraged. The Role: You'll be running a caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, handling cases from initial instructions through to completion. All cases are multi-track, with caseloads typically under 40 cases at any time. The majority of work comes through recommendations, including both high-value complex cases and smaller straightforward claims.
