Position Details
Retail store assistant (with keyholder responsibility) – £13.08 per hour + benefits.
Reports to: Shop manager. Department: Trading. Contract: Permanent. Hours: 6 – Sundays only. Location: Greenford shop. Closing date: 3rd May 2026 23:55.

What will I be doing?
* Oversee the running of the shop on a Sunday, including keyholder duties and supporting a team of volunteers.
* Assist the shop team in meeting sales and fundraising targets.
* Review and process donated goods and new stock.
* Generate creative ideas to generate new income (with guidance).
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers and supporters feel welcome and appreciated.
* Maintain shop standards regarding safeguarding, compliance and health & safety.
* Perform various manual handling and physical activities as required.
