An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Legal PA / Admin Assistant to join a well-regarded boutique law firm based in the heart of London. This role offers a dynamic and varied workload supporting senior lawyers and the wider team, making it ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and professional legal environment.
You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, managing complex diaries, arranging travel and meetings, coordinating client billing, and supporting with a range of HR and administrative tasks. No two days will be the same, and you’ll be at the centre of a collaborative and close-knit team, ensuring both clients and colleagues receive first-class support.
The ideal candidate will have around one year of experience in a similar role within a law firm, with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the confidence to take initiative.
