About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is looking for a versatile and enthusiastic General Supply Teacher to work across secondary schools in the Wirral. This role is ideal for teachers who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver lessons across a range of subjects in line with the secondary curriculum.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN.
* Provide personalised 1:1 support and differentiated learning plans where required.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity and quality of learning.
Requirements:
* Previous experience teaching in a secondary setting (supply or permanent).
* Experience working with SEN students and adapting lessons effectively.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
