A respected and expanding law firm is seeking a Level 3 OISC-accredited Caseworker to join its dedicated immigration team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused immigration professional to work exclusively on private immigration matters, with the flexibility of hybrid working and genuine prospects for progression.

The Role:

1. Handling a broad range of private immigration cases, including Spouse Visas, Partner Visas, Skilled Worker routes, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), British nationality applications, and visit visas.
2. Advising clients on the most appropriate immigration routes and preparing comprehensive legal representations and supporting documentation.
3. Preparing and submitting detailed applications to the Home Office with high levels of accuracy and compliance.
4. Representing clients in dealings with the Home Office, and where applicable, liaising with external professionals to support the application process.
5. Maintaining up-to-date, compliant records using case management systems and following internal procedures.
6. Keeping abreast of changes to immigration laws, rules, and policies to ensure the advice and service you deliver remains current and effective.
7. Supporting the firm’s reputation for excellent client care and contributing to business development where appropriate.

11. Excellent client care skills with the ability to communicate complex legal issues in a clear, supportive manner.
12. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
13. A collaborative, proactive mindset and confidence using case management software.
