Business Development Manager (Service)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Service Team working remotely and covering the Kent and Essex areas. We are looking for an individual with a customer-focused can-do attitude, someone with a proven track record for new business leads within a target driven environment.
We are looking for a motivated, target driven, team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Building effective relationships with existing and new customers
2. Prospecting new leads for new customers to secure maintenance contracts in accordance with annual targets.
3. Lead meetings and negotiations
4. Generating proposals and managing enquiries for service contracts
5. Expanding product knowledge, sourcing market and competitor information
6. Using your knowledge of the lifts and/or construction industry to negotiate skilfully to win concessions
7. Work closely with the regional service teams to retain our existing customer base
8.
