Position: Temporary Call Handler
Location: Potters Bar
Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing
Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
Start Date: Monday 12th June 2026
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30
What You'll Do:
As a Call Handler, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering excellent customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering a high volume of incoming calls promptly and professionally 📞
Assisting clients with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate department
Maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions 📝
Providing administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations
Collaborating with team members to enhance client satisfaction 🤗
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 💬
A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a call handling or customer service role is a plus!
Proficient in using computer systems and software
