Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Mansfield. This is a full-cycle recruitment role, where you will be responsible for both business development and candidate delivery across your chosen sector.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
* Identify and win new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Attend client visits to understand hiring needs and company culture
* Negotiate terms of business and fees
Candidate Management
* Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
* Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
* Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
* Provide CV advice and interview preparation
Account Management
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to placement
* Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates
* Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Administration & Compliance
* Write and post job adverts
* Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
* Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and company processes
Key Requirements
* Previous recruitment experience (preferred but not essential) OR strong sales background
* Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Highly motivated, resilient, and self-driven
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
