About this role
We're looking for a highly skilled Programme Manager to lead one of the highest commercial priorities at JET within our Global Strategic Accounts team: the negotiation of a new, growth-driven global partnership with McDonald’s. This is a truly unique opportunity to help shape one of the most important partnerships in our business, embodying our values to lead this critical project and deliver exceptional value for JET and the partner.

Reporting to: Director, Global Enterprise Restaurant Brands
These are some of the key components to the position:
* Serve as the overall Programme Lead for the 12+ month global partnership negotiation, representing all JET markets across Europe, North America, and Australia.
* Develop and manage the comprehensive negotiation timeline and critical path, ensuring all workstreams are on track and key milestones are met.
* Co-create and align on the value we want to unlock by unifying all business areas—from the managing board to individual functions—to ensure all needs are captured.
* Design and lead workshops with key functions (Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to align objectives and build a unified global negotiation strategy.
* Translate workshop insights into actionable negotiation plans and levers, ensuring all stakeholder feedback is integrated into the final strategy.
* Develop and implement a clear framework and best practices for our commercial contracting process, setting a standard for future partnerships.
* Manage the commercial contracting lifecycle, coordinating with legal and finance to finalize and sign the new agreement with commercially sound and legally robust terms.

* Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of what drives commercial value and the ability to identify opportunities for win-win partnerships.
* Exceptional Stakeholder Management: The ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership.
* Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Skill in analysing complex business challenges and translating them into a clear, compelling strategy, while seeing the bigger picture.
* Adaptability and Resilience: A proactive, solution-oriented approach to thriving in ambiguous situations and navigating complex challenges.
* Experience working in a global or multi-market business environment (e.g., Europe, North America, Australia).
* Strong proficiency with programme management tools and methodologies.
