Student Accommodation Check-In Assistant (Ad Hoc / Weekend Work) Newcastle
Are you looking for flexible, ad hoc work and enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days are the same? We’re currently building a talent pool of reliable and enthusiastic individuals to support busy student accommodation check-in periods.
This is a front-facing role where you’ll be one of the first points of contact for students, helping to create a welcoming and smooth move-in experience during peak, high-energy periods.
What you’ll be doing: Welcoming students and providing a friendly first impression Assisting with check-ins and general enquiries Helping students with luggage and directions Supporting the team with general tasks throughout the day Getting involved wherever needed to keep things running smoothly in a busy environment What we’re looking for: Upbeat, positive, and approachable attitude Confident communicator with strong customer service skills Proactive and happy to take initiative Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Happy to be on your feet for most of the day Physically fit and willing to assist with lifting luggage Flexible and available for ad hoc and weekend work What we offer: Flexible shifts to suit your availability A fun, team-oriented environment Fast-paced days with plenty of variety Great opportunity to gain customer-facing experience If you’re reliable, hands-on, and enjoy being part of a busy team where every day is different, we’d love to hear from you and add you to our talent pool for upcoming shifts.
