Key Responsibilities Reactive and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment across our 2 site, ensuring health and safety standards are met. Reactive and Preventative oversight of building maintenance. Liase with third party suppliers when required suppliers Continue good supplier relationships and manage communications with suppliers of our machinery. Maintain all maintenance procurement requirements, including sundries and routine servicing. U phold ethical business practices, maintaining the highest standard of integrity in all business relationships. Essential Skills Part P Welding experience Machine experience Lathe/milling machine Hydraulics/pneumatics Level 1 + 2 Gas/ electrical and Lev certification knowledge You have previous experience in general building maintenance Desirable Skills You have previos experience in maintaining machines in the steel, wood or fabrication industry You pride yourself as being flexible, reliable and confident working independently or as part of a team Capable of working to tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
