Hawkwood are currently partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed, sports marketing agency. Having doubled their headcount since the beginning of last year, they are looking to build out their Talent team to help with their continued growth.
Our client is a market leader with offices in London, Paris, Los Angeles, New York and Bern 🌎. They have worked with some of the biggest names and organisations within the sporting industry 🌟.
We are looking for a Talent executive who will be able to come in and support Tech hiring into the business. This person will play a central role in ensuring the business maintains high levels of performance and candidate care, and will also get stuck into some very exciting projects. This role is well suited to an Agency Recruiter who would like to make the transition in-house.
What are some of the things you can expect to be doing?
✨ Using creative sourcing methods to identify, engage and acquire world-class (technical ) talent through multiple search platforms with a meaningful emphasis on diversity.
✨ Getting stuck into candidate screening calls, setting up interviews, gathering feedback from line managers and providing feedback to candidates.
✨ Develop social media opportunities to increase employer brand awareness including researching suitable communities, initiatives and events.
✨ Support the Talent team in the internal and external communications of recruitment initiatives, reporting on recruitment KPIs and liaising with cross-functional line management.
You will be a good fit if you have:
💥 ~2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency.
💥 Ideally recruited Technical roles (Engineering and Data)
💥 Advanced communication, influence and persuasion skills.
💥 Extremely organised, lover of process, great attention to detail.
💥 Ability to work at pace whilst not compromising quality.
💥 A data-driven approach to capacity planning and workload management.
