We are seeking a motivated and skilled HLTA to join a friendly, inclusive primary school. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning across the school, deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions, and confidently lead whole-class lessons when needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Cover classes and deliver planned learning.
* Support teachers with planning and assessment.
* Provide targeted support to individuals and groups.
* Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
About You
* HLTA status (or working towards it).
* Experience in a primary school.
* Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
* A passion for helping children succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
