Head of Projects Facilities Management
Location: Dartford
Salary: Up to £85,000 + benefits
A leading facilities management provider is looking to appoint an experienced and commercially astute Head of Projects to take full ownership of its projects division, based from the Dartford head office. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for running the department end-to-end, managing budgets, developing people, and delivering high-value M&E projects across a diverse client portfolio.
This role would suit a strong operational leader with a solid technical groundingideally from a mechanical pipefitting backgroundwho is comfortable balancing hands-on project oversight with strategic, commercial and people management responsibilities.
The Role
As Head of Projects, you will lead the Projects department, overseeing all aspects of delivery, commercial performance, and team development. You will be accountable for departmental budgets, P&L, and forecasting, while driving standards, efficiency, and growth across the function.
