An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse to join our Medicine for the Elderly Team at Raigmore Hospital. Applicants for this role should have a keen interest in caring for unwell patients with complex needs, some with deliriums, combined with dementia and palliative care. Ward 2C cares for 30 patients You will contribute to the specialist nursing care for patients with dementia, parkinsons, palliative care practicing within the multi-disciplinary team and providing high quality, person-centred and relationship-centred care. You will be joining a well-motivated and dynamic multi-disciplinary team who strive to deliver the highest level of care possible be part of a forward thinking ward and committed to team working for the benefits of patients.
