Umbrella Company (inside IR35) £600pd We are seeking a skilled and strategic Software Procurement Advisor to manage our global clients software category. You will have around 8 years of commercial or procurement experience, ideally within large global organisations. With end-to-end software category management, working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to drive value, ensure compliance, and continuously improve procurement capabilities. Key Responsibilities Act as the commercial lead on major software investment programs Identify and pursue high value opportunities Oversee contract renewals and manage software licensing and audit activity ERP expertise (including SAP) Develop and implement category strategies aligned with broader business goals Support compliance through effective collaboration with the Software Asset Management team Implement a digital-first approach to the P2P process for using Ariba What were looking for Approximately 8 years of experience in procurement or commercial roles In-depth understanding of the software supply market A proactive, action-oriented mindset with curiosity for new technologies and approaches Excellent communication and influencing skills Ability to operate effectively in global and culturally diverse environments Experience working in Agile environments Familiarity with Ariba and ServiceNow Demonstrated success in category strategy development and implementation We consider every CV that is submitted to us, however please note that time constraints and high volumes of CVs we are only able to get back to those applications that are successful.
