We’re looking for a Technical SEO Manager to join a leading digital agency to lead a talented team and take ownership of a portfolio of high-value client accounts. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you’ll be shaping strategies, mentoring an SEO Executive, and delivering results that really make a difference.

What you’ll do:
* Manage day‑to‑day technical SEO for a portfolio of clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery
* Lead audits, crawl and log file analysis, indexation fixes, internal linking, and competitor research
* Integrate UX insights and emerging technologies into SEO strategies
* Analyse large datasets and turn insights into actionable recommendations
* Present strategies, findings, and recommendations confidently to clients
* Mentor and guide an SEO Executive, contributing to training and best practice across the team
* Collaborate with Paid Search and Strategy teams to deliver integrated, incremental performance
Who we’re looking for:
* 3+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally within an agency environment
* Proven experience managing enterprise‑level clients and large budgets
* Expertise with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, and others
* Excellent analytical skills and confident working with large datasets
* Exceptional communication skills
* Highly organised, practical, and solution‑focused
