Policy Support ExecutiveFull Time (Office based, Telford)Salary: Dependant on experienceWere looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and providing great service over the phone. In this role, youll focus on supporting customers, handling policy renewals, and ensuring they receive an excellent experience every time.What youll do:Contact customers to discuss their upcoming renewals and answer any questions they may haveProvide clear and accurate information about products and servicesHandle queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionallyMake sure all paperwork and system updates are completed accuratelyWork with other teams to improve the overall customer experienceWhat were looking for:Someone who likes being on the phone and enjoys helping customersExperience in customer service, account management or retention is helpful (but not essential)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable using CRM systems or willing to learnA team player who can also work independentlyNo prior insurance experience neededfull training will be providedQualifications:GCSEs or equivalent (A-Level or degree is a bonus but not essential)Please Apply today if this sounds like the permanent roleTPBN1_UKTJ
