Our client, a respected and forward-thinking financial services organisation, is looking for a People Partner (Employee Relations & Projects) to join their dynamic and collaborative People Team. This role is critical in supporting both day-to-day employee relations activity and the delivery of strategic HR initiatives that shape the future of their organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and best practice.
2. Lead investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, performance improvement plans, and other casework.
3. Provide coaching and support to line managers to build confidence and capability in managing people matters.
4. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
