Systems Analyst

Sanderson are currently partnered with a leading retail brand to identify a Systems Analyst. The Systems Analyst will support their Technical Operations team in a BAU-focused position, primarily supporting Own Brand and General Merchandise product lines.
This is a data-heavy role, supporting c.11,000 users (internal colleagues, suppliers and third parties) and ensuring systems remain efficient, compliant and fit for purpose. Working closely with a Reporting & Systems Manager, you'll act as a key link between systems, data outputs and business users.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the delivery of system enhancements aligned to brand and commercial strategy
* Day-to-day management of system requirements, configuration and access
* Analysing user feedback and translating this into practical system improvements
* Coordinating with technology teams and third-party providers to track upgrades and service delivery
* Producing accurate reporting and maintaining service level feedback
* Supporting business cases and managing low-impact business change activity
