They partner closely with client insight, brand and marketing teams to drive meaningful commercial impact.
The Role
• Balance your time between client conversations, diagnosing brand challenges and presenting clear, actionable insights.
• Lead discussions on questionnaires, research outputs and how clients should apply findings within their business.
• Coach and collaborate with internal teams including Senior Executives, Client Executives, processing teams and charting teams.
• Manage one to two direct reports where appropriate, although people management is flexible.
• Work on 3 to 4 accounts, developing strong client relationships and helping brand, marketing, media and customer experience teams connect insights to outcomes.
• Analyse survey data, media spend, social and search data to uncover trends and shape recommendations.
• Build compelling storylines using Excel, SPSS or similar tools and present these clearly in PowerPoint.
• Contribute to brand tracking, brand equity, segmentation and broader strategic insight projects.
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong commercial experience in quantitative insights, ideally with deep exposure to brand strategy, brand tracking or brand health work.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and turn them into clear stories that influence decision making.
• Confident using Excel and comfortable with data mining tools such as SPSS or similar.
• Experience writing or shaping questionnaires.
• Skilled communicator who can present to insight teams and wider marketing stakeholders.
• Curiosity about marketing, brand management and consumer behaviour.
• Confident operating in a client‑facing role with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
