Now, due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join our friendly and dynamic team.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing your own varied caseload of residential property transactions.
* Handling all aspects of conveyancing — sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, new build, lease extensions, and unregistered properties.
* Providing expert advice on SDLT, restrictions, cautions, and other complex matters.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and brokers.
* Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
What They're Looking For
* At least 3 years' experience running a complex residential conveyancing caseload.
* Excellent technical knowledge and client care skills.
* A proactive, self-motivated professional with strong communication and organisational abilities.
* Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting others' development.
