The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our forward-thinking HR team in the utilities sector. This role is initially for a six-month fixed-term employed contract.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies across multiple sites, supporting leaders through complex employee relations issues, and championing a positive workplace culture that empowers every employee.
What You'll Bring
You will have strong and demonstrable ER expertise, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, TUPE, and beyond. With a hands-on, strategic mindset, you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves as well as influencing at board level.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience partnering with operational teams across multiple locations is required.

What You’ll Do
Partner with regional leaders to support workforce planning, change management, and engagement. Lead complex ER casework and coach managers through best-practice processes.
Additional Responsibilities
* Drive initiatives around wellbeing, performance, D&I, and talent development.
* Support organizational change projects such as restructures, TUPE transfers, and transformation programs.
* Act as a trusted advisor, influencing, challenging, and building confidence across the business.
* Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on HR metrics and KPIs.
