About the TeamAs an integral part of the team, you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth work-streams, thus empowering our merchants to onboard, grow and scale their business. This role is suited for an experienced Operations Manager, Strategic Manager or Senior Project Manager, with e-commerce experience. Responsibilities - Responsible for TikTok Shop local merchant acquisition in EU regions, aiming to grow merchant and merchandise supply in terms of scale and quality. - Build key business metrics and targets, lead short-term to long-term business planning, formulate innovative and corresponding strategies and initiatives to reach out to sellers and onboard them to the platform. - Understand EU markets, define the target lead pool, develop and manage lead strategies to cultivate new seller opportunities and improve market penetration. - Work closely with the Product team and other cross-functions to optimise the merchant onboard journey, build robust product features, smooth experience and improve growth conversion funnels. - Leverage eCommerce partners and offline channels for targeted seller acquisition. Design effective incentive policy for partners and merchants. - Lead and develop a strong acquisition team to facilitate business growth.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or above, 5+ years experience in e-Commerce growth strategy, merchant acquisition, account management, or partnership management is required. - Strategic thinking and good data capability, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining goals and opportunities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a highly result-oriented environment with external client interaction is required. - Has experience of managing teams. Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people. Preferred Qualifications - Quick learner, proactive and resilient. - Strong knowledge of the European e-Commerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation is a plus. - Experience in partnership and toB Marketing of eCommence are preferred. - Hands-on and grounded.
