R&M Fixings & Supports Ltd are an internationally renowned supplier of Electrical Containment, Pipe Supports and Prefabricated solutions to the Building Services Industry.

We are looking to employ an in office Sales Support Administrator to join our busy sales office department in Southampton. This person will be responsible for assisting the sales team in all aspects of their job. This position would be ideal for a person looking to begin a career in sales.


Responsibilities

* Perform a variety of administrative, logistical, and assistant-type duties, while supporting other team members for optimal productivity.
* Support the team on all aspects of the sales process through quotes, orders, receipts and despatch in order to provide a high level of customer support to new and existing customers.
* Undertake any other duties that are within the skill and capability of the individual as directed by the manager or other designated supervisors.
* All tasks to be performed in compliance with the Groups Health & Safety and Quality Control systems.


Qualifications

* Possess a desire to take ownership and responsibility of your work programme to drive forward our global success.
* Be a strong written and verbal communicator, who is confident to build relationships at all levels both up and down the supply chain.
* Have attention to detail, understand why you need to complete a task and how to do it.
* Have experience of working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Sharepoint etc) and Adobe software packages.
* Want to work as part of a dynamic and focused team.
* Have a desire to become part of our future, previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.

Training

Training will be given on all aspects of hazardous area product knowledge, certification and assembly and the liaison with suppliers & customers and any additional IT required.


Hours

Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Thursday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm and Friday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm.
