This reputable design consultancy is seeking to expand their structural division. You will have mentorship from Chartered Engineers and the work lends itself well to achieving Chartership.
Projects are very varied, ranging from small residential projects to commercial building schemes.
You will be dealing directly with clients and other professionals, attending site, writing reports and providing structural design solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential coupled with a passion for delivering the best design solutions possible.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver structural solutions for residential and commercial projects.
* Attend client meetings and site visits.
* Prepare engineering reports and documents.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Support mentorship and professional development.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of buildings design experience.
* Own a car and be able to travel to sites.
* Eligible to live and work in the UK.
* Strong communication skills.
* Desire to progress to chartered status.
