Are you an organised and detail-oriented finance professional looking for the chance to make a real impact? Were seeking a Finance Administrator to join a growing, forward-thinking business based in Edinburgh.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the Directors of the business, giving you a unique chance to help shape the finance function as the company continues to expand. Alongside finance, youll also provide some general administrative support, making this a varied and rewarding position.

What youll be doing
1. Processing purchase and sales invoices, expenses, and reconciliations
2. Managing accounts payable and receivable, including supplier and customer liaison
3. Assisting with month-end reporting, budgeting, and VAT preparation
4. Supporting payroll processes and maintaining accurate financial records
5. General admin supporthelping with filing, procurement documentation, and ad-hoc office tasks
