Duties

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items and enhance existing offerings.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served promptly.
* Address any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably within a restaurant setting.
* Strong supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
* Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
