We are excited to offer an opportunity to join a newly created Housing Systems Team, which will play a crucial role in supporting and improving the digital systems that underpin our social housing services. As a Housing Systems Developer, you will be at the heart of ensuring our IT platforms operate effectively and are continuously developed to meet the needs of the service and our residents.
Reporting to the Housing Systems Manager, you will help deliver a high-quality service that supports the systems used by our housing and asset management teams. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Resolving support requests from staff across the housing service
* Setting up new users and managing access
* Creating and managing templates, forms, and workflows
* Producing bespoke reports to support service delivery and decision-making
* Supporting at least annual system upgrades
* Working with colleagues to test and implement system improvements
* Developing user guides and delivering system training where needed

About You
We’re looking for someone with experience in implementing or maintaining IT systems—ideally in a housing or property services context. You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams.
You should be able to demonstrate:
* Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach
* The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
* A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
* Experience supporting system users and providing guidance or training
