Your role
We are looking for a well‑rounded Senior Quantity Surveyor with pre‑ and post‑contract experience on infrastructure projects, in any of the following sectors:
* Highways (National or Local Transport)
* Rail
* Energy (Nuclear, Renewables, Carbon Capture)
* Utilities (Water, Communication, etc.)
* MOD
* Aviation
We do not expect applicants to be experts in all areas of quantity surveying, but we do look for a drive to elevate their career and meet some of the prerequisites. About You
* Have a quantity surveying / commercial degree or equivalent qualification. Are working towards a recognised chartership.
* Experience in administering the NEC suite of contracts and commercially managing infrastructure projects in at least one sector.
* Good knowledge of the standard methods of measurement – Highways and CESMM, and a good understanding of procurement documents required in the preparation of an ITT.
* Good understanding of construction techniques and technology; experienced in managing medium‑size projects with little supervision; experienced in the full suite of Microsoft software.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven record in working within multiple teams and stakeholders.
* A natural curiosity for developing innovative, sustainable and cost‑effective solutions for our clients.
* Experience compiling the full suite of ITT documents, project and technical leadership, mentoring and coaching junior staff, and proven record of developing client relationships. An interest in business and account management.

Security clearance
This role may require security clearance, and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
